Ⅰ Product Overview

1. Application
UV Photolysis Purifier Equipment - Photooxygen catalytic exhaust gas purification, mainly used for purifying industrial exhaust gas in workshop.

2. Working Principle
1) Diagram
After entering the exhaust gas purification device from the left side of the purification device, the industrial exhaust gas first enters the primary filtration treatment zone, firstly removes the contaminated particles larger than 10 microns in diameter through the filter-cotton filter (the removal efficiency exceeds 80%), and then removes the dust of 7 microns or more through the filter bag. The exhaust gas treated by the primary filtration zone flows to the next purification section, the photo-oxygen purification zone, and is irradiated with a special high-energy UV ultraviolet light beam to change the molecular structure of the gas to degrade the polymer compound into a low molecular compound, high-energy UV ultraviolet light. The beam can effectively decompose the oxygen molecules in the air to generate free oxygen, that is, active oxygen. Because the positive and negative electrons carried by the free oxygen are unbalanced, it needs to be combined with the oxygen molecules to generate ozone. UV+O2→O+O (reactive oxygen), O+O2→O3 (ozone), ozone has a strong oxidation effect on organic matter, and has a strong scavenging effect on odor, which is converted into water and carbon dioxide; the pretreated exhaust gas enters the plasma purification zone and is hit by a high voltage electric field. Broken, decomposed and adsorbed, and the ozone generated at the same time has a bactericidal function. Finally, the high-efficiency filter screen removes residual waste and discharge clean air through multiple purifications.

3. Features

Ⅲ Installation Requirements
1. Select the matching fan, and the exhaust air volume of the fan is equivalent to the that of the purifier.
2. Check whether the line is loose before installation, whether the parts are offset during transportation, and then install the machine after correction.
3. The nameplate of the fan indicates the rotation direction. Pay attention to the wind direction during the test run. If the wind blows inward, correct the wiring of the electric fan.
3. The equipment cabinet must be reliably grounded.

Installation Requirements:
1) The connection between the pipeline and the purification facility is firm, no air leakage, and the gap can be sealed with glass glue.
2) Ion photo-oxygen purifier working voltage: AC220V, power consumption of the whole machine is 1400w or 1600w, and the power cable adopts 3 core and 2.5 square sheathed wire, with grounding wire. The power supply wire penetrates through the holes in the bottom of the equipment control box (the left and right sides of the ion purification zone and the photo-oxygen purification zone are all designed with screw holes. According to the needs of the equipment placement, the corresponding area screw holes are tapped with hammer), it is connected with the terminal or circuit breaker of the corresponding area in the equipment interior, and the ground wire should be connected.

Ⅳ Equipment Operation
1. In order to ensure the effect of the equipment and the safety of the user, the operator must read this manual and must use the equipment correctly in strict accordance with the requirements of this manual.
2. After the equipment is installed, the circuit and the mechanical components are correct, the power can be tested.
3. The control panel of the equipment is installed with: cooling fan, power indicator light and work indicator. Ensure that the line connection is intact before power-on, no looseness; after using for a period of time, the customer can record the maintenance time according to the actual usage, and strictly implement maintenance process when due. Perfect maintenance are the prerequisites and guarantees for the safe operation of equipment. Failure to clean the plasma fittings at the end will result in blockages and damage to the equipment.
4. The UV lamp and ballast of the equipment's photo-oxygen purification area can be operated normally when power is on. If there is any fault during operation, turn off the power and replace, then turn it on again (use the manufacturer's designated brand).

Ⅴ Maintenance
1. When the equipment is working, there is high voltage inside. Before disconnecting the total power supply of the equipment, it is strictly forbidden to disassemble the equipment parts and open the inspection door. Before cleaning, maintenance and overhaul of the equipment, be sure to cut off the total power supply of the equipment and ask the professional equipment personnel to maintain it.
2. Maintenance of high-efficiency area: open the box door, replace the high-efficiency filter inside.

Maintenance of Plasma purification area: first cut off the total power supply, open the box door, remove the electric field high-voltage line (recording electric field wiring: black line connected to high voltage, white line connected to medium voltage, red line connected to electric field shell, wrong wiring is easy to damage accessories) , extract the electric field, if the dust is not much, use the air gun to blow clean, and then use; if the electric field plate accumulates too much dust, the operator should wear protective goggles, gloves and other protective equipment (prevent alkali from harming people), Pull the electric field out and soak in alkali water for 10-30 minutes, then clean it. And then the dust and debris in the electric field can be blown away by the air gun to ensure that the electric field is dry, then installed and used (Electric field is easy to leak when there is water. It is strictly forbidden to install in wet electric field. ).
3.1) Remove the power cord and pull out the electric field to clean the pole piece dust.
4. Maintenance of photo-oxygen purification area: When the whole machine is routinely maintained, open the door to check the UV lamp and ballast in the photo-oxygen area. If there is damage, replace the lamp of the same type in time, after 3 to 6 months, too much dust on the surface of the lamp tube will affect the purification effect of light source. Wipe it clean with a towel during maintenance, and then dry the lamp tube.

5. Maintenance of primary filter area: timely replacement of cotton filter (replacement cycle is about 7-15 days) or filter bag (replacement cycle is about 3 months), maintenance according to the use, so as not to affect the purification effect.
