Structural Principle

1) Applicable flue gas: industrial fume exhaust gas, non-flammable, explosive, volatile, flammable, strong corrosive gas.
2) The electric field is made of galvanized sheet material, which does not rust or prevent aging.
3) Reasonable layout, properly extend the residence time of the oil fume in the cavity, make the fume gas charge more fully, and cooperate with the multi-layer electric field purification to improve the purification effect.
4) The operation is stable, the purification efficiency is 90%, the negative ions generated by the equipment have the sterilization function, and most of the odor can be removed, so that the purified gas meets the environmental requirements.
5) After power off, remove the fixing screw of power box, remove the electric field high voltage line, pull out the electric field and put it into the alkaline water to clean it, which is more efficient and simple to maintain. The shell arrow indicates the direction of the inlet and outlet of the fume gas, which is convenient for on-site installation (the inlet and outlet of the machine have been set at the factory, please refer to the installation method if you need to change).

Working Principle

Under the action of electrostatic high-voltage electric field, oil and smoke molecules are decomposed into carbon dioxide by electric charge. A large amount of negative oxygen ions are generated by the electric field to remove most of the odor. The air flows through PM2.5 to filter out clean air.

Equipment Operation

1. In order to ensure the effect of the equipment and the safety of the user, the operator must read this manual and must use the equipment correctly in strict accordance with the requirements of this manual.
2. Before starting the machine, check whether the power supply line is loose, gently shake the equipment without any abnormality, and then start the subsequent operation.

Matters needing attention

1. Never open the shell before cutting off the total power of the equipment; when cleaning and maintaining, it is necessary to disconnect the total power supply of the oil fume odor purifier.
2. Within a few minutes of stopping the operation, the electric field plate will have a small amount of charge remaining. It is better to discharge it with a screwdriver: hold the insulated part of the screwdriver, and short the metal part of the electric field with the metal part of the positive and negative plates of the electric screwdriver for 1-2 seconds (The two ends of the insulator are connected to the positive and negative poles of the power supply respectively), to eliminate the residual charge of the electric field, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
3. The equipment cleaning should use the Qiangchuang special fume cleaning agent. After cleaning, use air blower to dry.
4. The high voltage power supply is damaged. Please contact the manufacturer to replace the dedicated power supply. It is forbidden to use other high voltage power supply.

Maintenance

1. When the equipment is working, there is high voltage inside. Before disconnecting the total power supply of the equipment, it is strictly forbidden to disassemble the equipment parts and open the inspection door; Before cleaning, maintenance and repair of the equipment, it is necessary to cut off the total power supply of the equipment.
2. The operator should wear protective goggles, gloves and other protective equipment to prevent the residual liquid from causing injury to personnel.
3. Open the power distribution box door, remove the high voltage line of the electric field, and extract the electric field inside the shell. Soak it in the alkali for about 10 minutes (the soaked alkali and hot water are mixed at a weight ratio of 1:25), which can achieve better results. Then use a high-pressure water gun to spray clean water to clean it. Make the inner/outer surface of the electric field pipe and the accessories free of oil, expose it to the sun or dry it, ensure the electric field is dry, put it into the drawer slot of the shell, and connect the DC high-voltage line (The positive and negative poles cannot be connected incorrectly), then to install and use.
4. According to the usage, the customer will discharge the collected oil and clean the flow board, or contact the professional manufacturer for cleaning.
5. If the equipment fails, please do not repair it yourself. Please contact the manufacturer or the distributor in the area to arrange maintenance.
6. Clean the filter. The reason for the decrease in smoking effect is blockage of the sponge filter. It is necessary to unscrew the screw of the A2 front box, pull out the sponge filter and put it in the cleaning agent for cleaning, and then use it after drying.
