From June 25th, the province officially launched the second round of central environmental protection inspector rectification at the provincial level, and 11 working groups will complete the supervision and inspection before June 30th.
Environmental protection inspectors are a major institutional arrangement for the Party Central Committee and the State Council to promote ecological civilization construction and environmental protection. The province attaches great importance to environmental protection inspectors. The provincial environmental supervision is a specific work deployment of the provincial party committee and the provincial government to promote ecological civilization construction and environmental protection.
This round of provincial supervision mainly focuses on five aspects.
1. Inspector feedback problem rectification situation
2. The rectification of the problem of "one against the third"
3. Processing of letters and visits
4. Implementation of the system
5. Other issues that the rectification supervision team believes need to be supervised
Among them, the rectification of the "one against the third" problem mainly includes:
Drinking water sources, garbage disposal (waste incineration, landfill leachate), reclamation projects, marine aquaculture, hazardous waste disposal, etc.
Supervisory focus:
It is worth noting that there are 26 prefecture-level drinking water sources, 93 county-level drinking water sources, and 22 waste incineration companies that have exceeded the standard will become the focus of this supervision.
For the letters and visits handed over to the province by the Central Environmental Protection Inspectorate, this round of supervision has its own focus:
For the letters and visits that have been rectified, the key supervisors strictly implement the handling and rectification measures that have been feedback to the central environmental protection inspection team, and whether there are acts that are not strict or not, the supervision is dereliction of duty, the rectification is weak, and the rectification is not thorough. For the 218 pieces of letters and visits that have not been rectified, the key supervision is whether there is a rectification plan, whether the rectification is carried out according to the plan, and whether there is an overdue situation.
According to the arrangement, the supervision team will listen to the report of the district government and a rectified county (city, district); on-site inspection and inspection of the overall improvement exhibition; spot check the processing of letters and visits and the implementation of rectification measures.
The municipal government and the county (city, district) government mainly report the following problems: rectification tasks, inspection and sales numbers, unanswered letters, drinking water sources, garbage disposal (waste incineration, landfill) Problems with field leachate), reclamation projects, marine aquaculture, hazardous waste disposal, etc.
